Being a Buddy is crucial for your progression at Capital on Tap. Our lean headcount and flat structure means that everyone interacts and collaborates with almost all teams across the company on a daily basis. In order to progress, these interactions are crucial and it’s important that you work collaboratively and respect everyone you work with.

Influence

Progression at Capital on Tap isn’t necessarily linear. The principle of ‘it’s never not my job’ becomes even more important when thinking about progression. Not only is this a characteristic that we value as a company, but this mindset also allows you to take on new projects, interact with different teams and get involved with things that you might never usually get the chance to.

Knowledge Sharing

We hire smart people from a range of backgrounds with a lot of knowledge (sometimes helpful and sometimes more eccentric!). It’s important for us all to continue learning, and a huge part of that is learning from and challenging one another. As you progress, the expectation that you develop others and share your knowledge increases. Be a Buddy by sharing your time - coaching others will help to consolidate your own learning and help others develop their own skills.
